You Might Recognize This

You may be the one others call dependable, thoughtful, or strong.

You may have spent years carrying responsibility, holding things together, and showing up for everyone else.

From the outside, life may look full.

But inside, you may feel tired in a way sleep does not fix. Disconnected from your own voice. Pulled in several directions at once. Quietly wondering whether your own desires, values, story, and calling still matter.

You are not in crisis. Nothing looks dramatic.

But something inside you has begun to ask: Is this all there is? What has my life been preparing me for? What is God writing through my story?

If any of that sounds familiar, this workshop is a place to begin.

What You'll Walk Away With

In this live 2-hour workshop, you will leave with:

  • A deeper understanding that your life is not random
  • A clearer connection to your beloved identity
  • A beginning list of values that matter deeply to you
  • A more compassionate view of the wisdom hidden in your story
  • A starter version of your personal manifesto
  • One next faithful step toward living with clarity, courage, and purpose

Workshop Agenda

A gentle, three-part arc.

Part I

Remember Who You Are

We begin by exploring why identity matters before direction.

You will be invited to notice the roles, labels, and expectations that have been shaping how you see yourself. Then you will begin returning to a deeper truth: you are not merely what you do, what others need from you, or what you can hold together. You are beloved.

By the end of Part 1, you will have language for who you are before performance or approval, and a beginning phrase for your personal manifesto.

Part II

Honour the Gold in Your Story

Your life has not been random. There are moments, patterns, losses, longings, joys, relationships, and awakenings that have shaped you.

Some of them may have felt like detours. Some may have felt like disappointments. But through it all, God has been forming something in you. This section helps you see your story with gentleness and curiosity, and ask: what wisdom has been formed here? What part of my story may now become part of my contribution?

By the end of Part 2, you will have language for one gold nugget from your life and a deeper awareness that your story is not wasted.

Part III

Name What Matters and Begin Your Manifesto

Once you remember who you are and begin honouring your story, you can begin naming what matters.

When your values are unclear, every decision feels heavier than it needs to be. When your values are clear, you can begin asking better questions. Does this honour what God has been forming in me? Does this reflect your values... perhaps love, truth, courage, wisdom, or peace?

In the final part of the workshop, you will begin creating a simple personal manifesto using guided prompts. You will not be pressured to make it polished or perfect. This is the seed. The first line.

By the end of Part 3, you will have a short list of values that feel alive to you, the beginning of your personal manifesto, and one next faithful step toward living with clarity and purpose.

What Makes This Workshop Different

A small, present room — by design.

Live, not background.

This is not a webinar you play while folding laundry. It is a small, present room where you arrive with a journal, listen honestly, and leave with something you wrote.

Faith-aligned, without pressure.

You will not be sold to, performed at, or pushed. You will be gently guided to honour your story, your faith, and the wisdom already inside you.

A small, intentional gathering.

Every guest is welcomed through a brief Guest Pass Conversation before the workshop. This is how the room stays small, focused, and free of distraction, so the women who arrive can be fully present with one another.

A takeaway, not just inspiration.

Most workshops leave you stirred but empty-handed. This one ends with a written starter manifesto, language for your values, and one next faithful step.

Your Host

Katherine “Kate” Sayson

Kate Sayson is a transformational life coach, speaker, author, and founder of the Bold Purpose Collective.

Through her coaching, speaking, and writing, she helps capable women of faith who feel stuck, unheard, or quietly disconnected from themselves remember who they are, reclaim their voice, and live with bold, soul-aligned purpose.

After decades of navigating responsibility, loss, reinvention, faith, leadership, and her own journey of remembering, Kate brings a compassionate yet practical approach to transformation. Her work is especially for women who have been seen for what they do, but not truly known for who they are.

Kate's message is simple but profound:

Your life is not random. Your story is not wasted. Your voice still matters. And you are allowed to live anchored in who God says you are.

Your Guest Pass Conversation

A brief welcome before the room is opened.

Because this workshop is small, live, and reflective, every guest is welcomed through a brief Guest Pass Conversation before the room is opened.

This is not a sales call. It is a short, honest conversation between us, so we can both make sure the workshop is what you are looking for, and so you can arrive on the day already feeling met.

During your Guest Pass Conversation, we will simply explore:

  • What drew you to the workshop
  • What feels most meaningful or unclear in your life right now
  • What you would love to walk away with
  • Whether this reflective space feels like a good fit for you

If it feels aligned, you will receive the private Zoom link and a simple preparation note so you can come ready with a journal, a quiet space, and an open heart.

You will never be pressured to share anything you are not ready to share. The point is presence, not performance.

There comes a moment when the ache inside you is no longer something to silence.

It becomes an invitation.

An invitation to pause. To listen. To remember who you are. To name what matters. To see the wisdom in your story.

This workshop is a place to begin. Not because you are broken. Not because you are behind. Not because you need to become someone else. But because your life has always carried meaning, and the real you deserves language strong enough to help her live it.

If this is your moment, request your Guest Pass.
